产品概述
TCK22946G,LF(S is a load switch IC for power management with overcurrent limited function featuring low switch on resistance, ultra low quiescent current, high output current and wide input voltage range. It features a thermal shut down function and output auto-discharge function. This device is available in 0.4mm pitch ultra small package WCSP6E package. So this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phone.

- Built in Output auto-discharge function
- Low quiescent current: IQ = 25μA (typ) at VIN = 5.5V, IOUT = 0mA
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- 400mA output current limit, built in true reverse current blocking
- Built in thermal shut down, built in undervoltage lock out
- Active high control pin polarity
- Input voltage range from 1.1V to 5.5V
- On resistance is 31mohm typical at VIN = 5.0V, IOUT = -0.15A, Ta = 25°C
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
