产品概述
The BD33KA5FP-E2 is a low-saturation fixed output LDO Voltage Regulator designed to maximize device characteristics and provides stable operation through low power consumption, increased miniaturization and low noise. The 500mA fixed output type is offered for local power supplies that feature an output voltage accuracy of ±1% with low saturation. In addition multiple protection circuits are integrated, providing a high level of reliability. The regulator has a built-in over-current protection circuit that prevents the destruction of the IC, due to output short circuits and a thermal shutdown circuit.
