产品概述
NCV8164 is a LDO regulator. This NCV8164 is a next generation of high PSRR, ultra−low noise LDO capable of supplying 300mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the NCV8164 device provides low quiescent current with power good. The device also offer excellent load/line transients. The NCV8164 is designed to work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor. Typical applications are image sensor power supply, RF, PLL, VCO, and clock power supplies, communication systems and infotainment, point of load, camera modules, RF transceivers, general purpose automotive.
- 1.1V voltage, PSRR is 85dB at 1kHz
- Low VDO at 2.8V at 80mV maximum dropout
- Ultra-low noise is 9µVRMS
- 150C operating Junction temperature
- Operational from low 1.8V VIN rails
- Improved input ripple rejection
- Allows low VIN for greater efficiency
- Ultra-Low self generated noise, with active output discharge
- WDFNW6 0.65P 2 x 2mm package
- Enables higher power capability with extended temperatures
