MPM3620GQV-Z

MPM3620GQV-Z is a 24V input 2A module synchronous step-down converter with integrated inductor. The MPM3620 is a synchronous rectified, stepdown module converter with built-in power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. It offers a compact solution that requires only 5 external components to achieve a 2A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input-supply range. Also, it provides fast load transient response. An external AAM pin provides selectable power-save mode and forced PWM mode. Full protection features include over-current protection(OCP) and thermal shut down (TSD). Typical applications include industrial controls, medical and imaging equipment, telecom and networking applications, LDO replacement, space and resource-limited applications.
