MP2193GC-P

MP2193GC-P is a monolithic, step-down switch mode converter with built-in, internal power MOSFETs. The MP2193 achieves 3A of continuous output current (IOUT) from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage (VOUT) can be regulated to as low as 0.6V. Constant-on-time (COT) control provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MP2193 is ideal for a wide range of applications, including high-performance DSPs, wireless power, portable and mobile devices, and other low-power systems. The MP2193 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in an ultra-small WLCSP-6 package. Applications include solid state drives (SSDs), portable instruments, battery-powered devices and multi-function printers.
