MCP1824T-ADJE/DC

The MCP1824T-ADJE/DC is a 300mA ceramic output cap stable low output voltage Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) with shutdown and power good functions (fixed output version only). It is part of the family of LDOs that includes 500mA MCP1825, 1A MCP1826 and 1.5A MCP1827. It provides high current and low output voltages. The MCP1824 device with an output voltage range of 0.8 to 5.0V. The 300mA output current capability, combined with the low output voltage capability, make the MCP1824 a good choice for new sub-1.8V output voltage LDO applications that have high current demands. The MCP1824 is stable using ceramic output capacitors that inherently provides lower output noise and reduce the size and cost of the entire regulator solution. Only 1μF of output capacitance is needed to stabilize the LDO.
