200mA low dropout voltage regulator (LDO) with reset and low Iq in SSOP-14 package. The OPTIREG™ linear TLS820D2ELVSE is a linear voltage regulator with high performance, very low dropout voltage and very low quiescent current. With an input voltage range of 3V to 40V and very low quiescent current of only 20μA this regulator is perfectly suitable for automotive or other supply systems permanently connected to the battery. Suitable for use in body and comfort applications (dashboard and cluster supply, Body Control module (BCM), gateway, HVAC), always-on battery-connected applications, powertrain and EPS.
