Automotive low-dropout voltage tracking regulator (LDO) with high tracking accuracy, reverse current protection and power good in DSO-8 (exposed pad) package. It is designed to supply off-board systems, for example sensors in powertrain management systems under the severe conditions of automotive applications. It is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and against short circuit to GND and battery. Suitable for use in powertrain (engine management, transmission, xEV inverter, on-board charger), body and convenience (HVAC, BCM, dashboard and cluster, microphone arrays) and chassis (EPS).
