BTS710404ESAXUMA1 is a BTS71040-4ESA SPOC™ +2 serial interface power controller. This serial interface power controller provides protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology Suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, driving capability suitable for 3A loads and high inrush current loads such as 27W bulb or equivalent electronic loads.

• High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection, daisy chain capable SPI interface
• Slew rate control for all channels, reverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
• Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (InverseON)
• Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart, undervoltage shutdown
• Overcurrent protection (tripping) with programmable restart control and current threshold
• Overvoltage protection with external components, open load in ON and OFF state
• Proportional load current sense multiplexed, checksum verification of configuration registers
• Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100 grade 1
