产品概述
BTS70041EPRXUMA1 is a smart high-side power switch, that provides protection functions and diagnosis. It is used in suitable for driving 15 A resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, suitable for power distribution applications and as the main switch for ECU power supply, optimized for seat heating applications.
- High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
- Switching slew rate optimized for seat heating applications
- Reverse ON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
- Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (Inverse ON)
- Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled reactivation
- Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent latch, undervoltage shutdown
- Proportional load current sense, open Load in ON and OFF state, short circuit to ground and battery
- Operating voltage range from 4.1V to 28V, nominal load current is 15A at (TA = 85°C)
- ON-state resistance is 4.4mohm typical at (TJ = 25°C)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
