AP7370-33Y-13

AP7370-33Y-13 is a positive voltage regulator IC. It has features of wide input voltage range, high accuracy, low dropout voltage, current limit, reverse current protection, and ultralow quiescent current which make it ideal for use in various USB and portable devices and instrument application. The IC consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit for current protection, and a chip enable circuit. Applications include battery-powered equipment, laptop, palmtops, notebook computers, portable information appliances, metering, weighing scales.

• Line regulation is 0.05%/V typ at (VOUT(Nom) + 1V, 3.2V) ≤ VIN ≤ 18V, IOUT= 10mA
• SOT89 package
• Operating junction temperature range from -40 to +125ºC
