The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 24 x 27 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed to provide reliable heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. Featuring a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it enables secure mounting without the need for mechanical fasteners. The pre-cut 24mm x 27mm format simplifies assembly and is suitable for a wide range of thermal management applications, including power semiconductors, LED modules, and industrial electronics. With a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 delivers dependable performance in demanding environments.
