DG1412EEN-T1-GE4 is a ±15V precision monolithic quad SPST CMOS analogue switch. Built on a new CMOS process, it offers low on-resistance of 1.5ohm. The low and flat resistance over the full signal range ensures excellent linearity and low signal distortion. New CMOS platform provides low power dissipation, minimized parasitic capacitance and low charge injection. The device operates from either a single 4.5 to 24V or dual ±4.5 to ±15V power supplies. The analogue switch does not require a VL logic supply, while all digital inputs have 0.8 and 2V logic thresholds to ensure low voltage TTL/CMOS compatibility. The DG1411E is a bi-directional and support analogue signals up to the supply voltage when on, and block them when off. Combined with fast 70ns switching time, low and flat switch resistance. It is ideal for signal switching and relay replacement in data acquisition, industrial control and automation, communication, A/V systems, medical instrumentation and automated test equipment.
