TCR3UG33A,LF(S is a TCR3UG series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It has a low dropout voltage of 155mV (3.3V output, IOUT = 300mA). As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1μF can be used with the TCR3UG series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable devices. Application includes power IC developed for portable applications, IoT equipment and wearable devices.

• Quiescent current is 0.34μA typ (IOUT = 0mA, VOUT ≤ 1.5V, Tj = 25°C)
• Ripple rejection ratio is 70dB typ (IOUT = 10mA, f = 1KHz, VRipple = 200mVp-p, Ta = 25°C)
• Load transient response IS ±60mV typ at (IOUT = 50mA → 1mA)
• Dropout voltage is 335mV typ (VOUT = 1.8V, IOUT = 300mA, Tj = 25°C)
• Output voltage is 3.3V, auto-discharge
• Output voltage accuracy is ±18% (Tj = 25°C, 1.8V ≤ VOUT, IOUT = 50mA)
• Overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown function
