TLV70228DBVT

The TLV70228DBVT is a single channel low dropout (LDO) linear regulator with fixed output in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This regulator is a low quiescent current device with excellent line and load transient performance. It is designed for power sensitive applications. A precision band-gap and error amplifier provides overall 2% accuracy. The low output noise, very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low dropout voltage of this regulator make this device as an ideal device for wide selection of battery operated handheld equipment. The TLV70228 has thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection and current limit for safety. It is stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1μF. This feature enables the use of cost effective capacitors that have higher bias voltages and temperature de-rating. The device regulate to specified accuracy with no output load.
