产品概述
The LP2985AIM5-1.5/NOPB is a single channel low dropout (LDO) regulator with fixed output in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This micro-power regulator is designed to provide high performance and low noise in applications requiring output voltages less than or equal to 2V. Using an optimized VIP (vertically integrated PNP) process, the LP2985 delivers unequalled performance in all specifications critical to battery powered designs. The device is stable with output capacitor ESR as low as 5mohm which allows the use of ceramic capacitors on output and enhances stability. Output noise can be reduced to 30µV (typical) by adding a 10nF bypass capacitor.
