SPM6530T-4R7M is a SPM series, wire wound, SMD inductor for power circuits. Suitable for Note PCs, HDDs, servers, VRMs, compact power supply modules, other applications.
- 4.7μH inductance with ±20% tolerance
- 100KHz frequency
- 39.4mohm max DC resistance
- 6.2A typ rated current (Isat)
- Magnetic shield type wound inductor for power circuits using a metallic magnetic material
- Compared to ferrite wound type inductor, possible to achieve large current, low RDC, compactness
- Low inductance variance in high-temperature environment with good DC superimposition characteristics
- Metallic magnetic, structure has integrated coil, so hum noise is lower than w/ core adhesive coil
- Dimension (L × W × H ) is 7.1 x 6.5 x 3mm
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +125 °C (including self-temperature rise)
