HSP053-4M5

HSP053-4M5 is a 4-channel ESD array with a rail to rail architecture designed specifically for the protection of high-speed differential lines. It is designed to protect against to electro-static discharge sub-micron technology circuits driving HDMI 2.1, HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4, USB4, USB 3.2 Gen 2 and Gen 1, display port, digital video interface and serial ATA. The ultra low variation of the capacitance ensures very low influence on signal-skew. The large bandwidth makes it compatible with HDMI 2.1 8K (12Gbps), HDMI 2.0 4K/2K (5.94Gbps), USB4 (20Gbps) and USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps). Exceeds IEC 61400-4-2 level standard such as ±20KV (HSP051-4M5, contact discharge), ±10KV (HSP053-4M5, contact discharge), ±30KV (HSP051-4M5, air discharge) and ±25KV (HSP053-4M5, air discharge).
