The Startech HD202A is a powerful 4K HDMI audio extractor that lets you de-embed the audio from an HDMI video stream, creating a distinct audio output that you can connect directly to a digital or analogue audio device. Supporting high video bandwidth up to 18Gb/s and the latest HDMI 2.0 specification, the de-embedder maintains a 4K 60Hz resolution to deliver a seamless video experience. Ideal for integrating modern HDMI 2.0 devices into an existing audio setup, the extractor can output to digital optical audio or dual RCA audio devices. Thanks to integrated EDID management capabilities, it also supports 2 channel, 5.1 channel and pass-through audio modes.
