C8051F860-C-GSR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. The MCU offers 8KB flash, 0.5KB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16bit timers in a 9.9x3.9 mm, SOIC16 package. On-chip analogue features include a 12bit, 12-channel, 200Ksps ADC, a - DAC and 2 comparators. With on-chip Power-On reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control and optical communications.
