BU18JA2VG-CGTR

The BU18JA2VG-CGTR is a 1-channel, 200mA CMOS LDO regulator in 5 pin SSOP package. It is a high-performance CMOS LDO regulator with output current ability of up to 200mA. This device has excellent noise and load response characteristics despite of its low circuit current consumption of 33μA. It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for radar modules and camera modules.

• Output voltage of 1.8V
• Output voltage accuracy is ±2.0%
• Circuit current is 33μA and standby current is 0μA
• High ripple rejection is 68dB (typ 1KHz)
• Compatible with small ceramic capacitor(Cin=Cout=0.47μF)

• Built-in over current protection circuit (OCP), built-in thermal shutdown circuit (TSD)
