产品概述
BD87554YFV-CE2 is an automotive excellent EMI immunity input/output rail-to-rail High output drive CMOS operational amplifier. An operating voltage range is wide with 4V to 15V. This operational amplifier is the most suitable for automotive requirements such as sensor amplifier, engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system and so on because it has features of high output drive. Furthermore, they have the advantage of EMI tolerance. It makes easier replacing with conventional products or simpler designing EMI. Application includes engine control unit, electric power steering (EPS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), automotive electronics.
- SSOP-B14 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 2.4V/µs slew rate(typ), 16.5mA output current (VOUT is 0.5V, typ)
