产品概述
The NCP1117ST25T3G is a NCP1117 series 1A low dropout positive fixed voltage regulator in 3 pin SOT-223 package. This low dropout positive voltage regulator is capable of providing an output current that is in excess of 1A with a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2V at 800mA over temperature. On chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±1.0% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation and thermal shutdown. It has no minimum load requirement to maintain regulation. It is used in consumer and industrial equipment point of regulation, active SCSI termination for 2.85V version, switching power supply post regulation, hard drive controllers and battery chargers.
