MPQ4316GRE-33-AEC1-P

MPQ4316 is a frequency-configurable, synchronous, step-down switching converter with integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. The device provides 6A (or less) of highly efficient output current with current mode control for fast loop response. The wide 3.3V to 45V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. A 1.7μA shutdown mode quiescent current allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications. The device achieves high power conversion efficiency across the wide load range by scaling down the switching frequency under light-load conditions to reduce the switching and gate driving losses. An open drain power good signal indicates when the output is within 95% to 105% of its nominal voltage. The MPQ4316 is available in a QFN-20 (4mmx4mm) package. Applications include automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, advanced driver assistance systems and industrial power systems.
