LFD2NX-40-7BG196C is a Certus™-NX family low-power, general-purpose FPGA built on the Lattice Nexus™ platform using 28nm FD-SOI technology, delivering high reliability with extremely low SER and low power consumption. Optimized for bridging and processing in edge applications, it offers up to 39k logic cells, 56 multipliers (18 × 18), 2.9Mb of embedded memory (EBR and LRAM), distributed memory, and DRAM interfaces supporting DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2, and LPDDR3 up to 1066 Mbps × 16-bit. With small-footprint package options and high I/O density, it supports a wide range of interfaces including PCI Express (Gen1/Gen2), SGMII (Gigabit Ethernet), LVDS, and LVCMOS (0.9–3.3 V). Advanced security features such as AES-256 encryption and ECDSA authentication further enhance its suitability for diverse applications across multiple markets.
