产品概述
TLS830A4EPV50XUMA1 is an OPTIREG™ linear voltage regulator. This linear voltage regulator with high performance, low dropout voltage and ultra-low quiescent current. With only 4.3µA typical quiescent current at a light load and an input voltage range of 3.2V to 40V the device is perfectly suitable for automotive supply systems or other supply systems that are permanently connected to the battery. The loop concept combines fast regulation and very high stability while requiring only one small ceramic capacitor of 4.7µF at the output. The operating range starts at an input voltage of 3.2V (extended operating range). This makes the device suitable for automotive systems that need to operate in cranking condition. Applications include automotive systems that need to operate in cranking condition, general automotive applications, automotive supply for CAN transceivers, remote keyless systems.

- Overtemperature shutdown, output current limitation, wide temperature range
- Dropout voltage is 190mA typical at (Vdr = VI - VQ; IQ = 100mA)
- Power supply ripple rejection is 55dB typical at (fripple = 100Hz; Vripple = 0.5Vpp; IQ = 10mA)
- Output current limitation is 450mA typical at (0V < VQ < VQ, nom - 0.1V)
- Load regulation steady-state is -5mV typical at (Q = 0.05mA to 300mA; VI = 6.5V)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, PG-TSDSO-14 package
