The IFX27001TF V33 is a 3.3V fixed output NPN type low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator and can supply loads up to 1A. The device is designed to supply microprocessor systems or other loads under the severe conditions and therefore it is equipped with additional protection against overload, short circuit and overtemperature. A large input voltage VI in the range of (VQ + VDR) <lt/>VI <lt/>40V is regulated to VQ. The dropout voltage VDR ranges from 1.1 to 1.4V depending on the load current level.
