CY8C4025LQAS411XQLA1 is an automotive PSOC™ 4 microcontroller. It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. The PSOC™ 4000S product family is a member of the PSOC™ 4 platform architecture. It is a combination of a microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, a capacitive touch-sensing system (CAPSENSE™) with best-in-class performance, programmable general-purpose continuous-time and switched-capacitor analogue blocks, and programmable connectivity. The PSOC™ 4000S product will be upward compatible with members of the PSOC™ 4 platform for new applications and design needs.

- Low-power 1.71V to 5.5V operation
- Deep sleep mode with operational analogue and 2.5µA digital system current
- LCD drive capability, LCD segment drive capability on all GPIOs
- Low-power compute and integration, differentiated touch HMI features in MCU
- Supports resistive and current sensing, high-speed communication: fast I2C/CAN-FD
- Increased security w/ encryption support, easy-to-use software for prototyping app
