BTS710336ESPXUMA1 is a SPOC™ +2 serial interface power controller, providing protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. Suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, driving capability suitable for 3A and 1.5A loads and high inrush current loads such as 27W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules) and 10W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).

• PG-TSDSO-24 package, AEC qualified, ISO26262 ready, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
• High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection, part of SPOC™ +2 family
• Daisy chain capable SPI interface, 3.3V and 5V compatible logic pins
• Reverse ON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity (22.5mohm channels)
• Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (inverse ON), under voltage shutdown
• Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart
• Overcurrent protection with programmable restart control and current threshold
• Overvoltage protection with external components, proportional load current sense multiplexed
• Open load in ON and OFF state, short circuit to ground and battery, diagnosis feedback via SPI
• Limp home mode, monitoring of input pin status, checksum verification of configuration registers
