BTS500051LUAAUMA1 is a Power PROFET™ + 12V smart high-side power switch. It contains Reverse ON functionality. It is especially designed to drive high current loads, for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans and pumps. The PRO-SIL™ ISO 26262-ready for supporting the integrator in evaluation of hardware element according to ISO 26262:2018 Clause 8-13. Potential applications include suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, most suitable for application with high current loads, such as heating system, fan and pump, PWM applications with low frequency.
