The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 14 x 14 is a thermally conductive insulating foil designed to provide efficient heat transfer while securely bonding components without the need for mechanical fasteners. Manufactured from polyimide (Kapton® MT) with a double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, this thermal interface material offers reliable thermal performance and electrical insulation in compact electronic assemblies. The 14mm x 14mm pre-cut format simplifies installation, making it ideal for attaching semiconductors, power devices, LEDs, and heatsinks. The foil delivers a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, a dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C.
