MP4323 is ultra-compact step-down switching converter with integrated internal high side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET). It has low-IQ, a frequency-configurable (350KHz to 2.5MHz) synchronous, It can achieve up to 3A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current control mode. Its wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and 42V load dump tolerance accommodate a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. A 1μA shutdown current (ISD) allows the device to be used in battery powered applications. High power conversion efficiency across a wide load range is achieved by scaling down the switching frequency under light-load conditions to reduce the switching and gate driver losses. Applications includes USB chargers, automotive, battery-powered systems, general consumer applications.
