- 0.022µF capacitance and ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 1206 (3216 Metric) case size
- 50V voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C
- Voltage temperature limits: ±15% without voltage; +15 -25% with rated voltage from -55 to +125°C
- Base metallization-barrier metal-tinned (tin or tin/lead alloy) termination finish
- 0.01% failure rate level
