ZLDO1117G33TA

The ZLDO1117G33TA is a fixed output low dropout (LDO) positive regulator in 3 pin SOT-223 package. This regulator has 2% tolerance across industrial temperature range. It has lower than 1.2V dropout at full load current making it ideal to provide well regulated outputs with input supply voltages up to 18V. The ZLDO1117 is ideally suited to provide well regulated supplies for low voltage IC application such as high speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply across industrial temperature range.
