MBR230S1F-7

MBR230S1F-7 is a surface-mount, schottky barrier rectifier. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification or as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system. Typical applications are AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and “O-ring” of multiple supply voltages and any other application where performance and size are critical.

• Low forward voltage (VF) minimizes conduction losses and improves efficiency
• Guard ring die construction for transient protection
• RMS reverse voltage is 21V at TA = +25°C
• Average rectified output current is 2.0A at TA = +25°C
• Operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C
• Reverse breakdown voltage is 30V min at IR = 1.0mA, TA = +25°C
• Forward voltage drop is 0.31V typ at IF = 1.0A, TA = +25°C
• Leakage current is 0.3mA typ at VR = 30V, TA = +25°C
• Total capacitance is 75pF typ at VR = 10V, f = 1.0MHz, TA = +25°C
