DFLS2100-7

DFLS2100-7 is a high-voltage, Schottky barrier rectifier. The device is a single rectifier packaged in PowerDI®123. Offering low VF and excellent high temperature stability, this device is ideal for use in general rectification applications as boost diodes, reverse protection diodes, and blocking diodes.

• Low forward voltage (VF) minimizes conduction losses and improving efficiency
• Reduced high temperature reverse leakage
• Increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation
• Patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity
• Reverse breakdown voltage is 100V min at IR=1µA, TA=+25°C
• Forward voltage is 0.77V max at IF=1.0A, TA=+25°C
• Leakage current is 1µA max at VR=100V, TA=+25°C
• RMS reverse voltage is 71V at TA=+25°C
• Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +175°C
