AP7366-33W5-7

AP7366-33W5-7 is a low quiescent current, fast transient, low-dropout linear regulator. This device includes pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit and thermal-shutdown circuitry. The device is turned on when EN pin is set to logic-high level. The characteristics of low-dropout voltage and low quiescent current make it suitable for low-power applications such as battery-powered devices. Built-in current-limit and thermal-shutdown functions prevent IC from damage in fault conditions. Applications include servers and notebook computers, low and medium power applications, FPGA and DSP core or I/O power, consumer electronics.

• Input voltage range from 2.2 to 6V
• Input quiescent current is 60μA typ at VEN=VIN, IOUT=0mA, TA=+25°C
• Input shutdown current is 0.05μA typ at VEN=0V, IOUT=0mA
• PSRR is 75dB typ at f=1kHz, IOUT=100mA
• Short-circuit current is 250mA typ at VIN=VOUT + 1V, output voltage <15% of VOUT
• 3.3V output voltage
• SOT25 package
• Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to +85ºC
