BGU6009/N2X is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) for GNSS receiver applications. The BGU6009/N2 requires only one external matching inductor and one external decoupling capacitor. It is used in applications such as smart phones and feature phones, tablet PCs, personal navigation devices, digital still cameras, digital video cameras, RF front-end modules, complete GPS chip set modules and theft protection (laptop, ATM).
- Covers full GNSS L1 band, from 1559MHz to 1610MHz, noise figure is 0.9dB typical
- Power gain is 17dB typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Input power at 1dB gain compression is -4dBm typical at (VCC = 2.85V)
- Input third-order intercept point is -7dBm typical at (VCC = 2.85V)
- Supply voltage is 1.8V typical at (Tamb = 25°C), supply current is 5.1mA typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Power-down mode current consumption is 2µA, integrated matching for the output
- Requires only one input matching inductor and one supply decoupling capacitor
- Input and output DC decoupled, ESD protection on all pins (HBM <gt/> 2KV)
- Integrated temperature stabilized bias for easy design
