ACPL-336J-000E

The ACPL-336J-000E is a 1-channel 16-pin surface-mount Gate Drive Optocoupler with integrated (VCE) de-saturation detection. It features fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance. Smart features that are integrated to protect the IGBT include IGBT de-saturation detection with soft-shutdown protection and fault feedback, under-voltage lockout and feedback, active miller current clamping. This full-featured and easy-to-implement IGBT gate drive optocoupler comes in a compact. It is suitable for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs used in motor control and inverter applications.
