VJ1812Y105KBBAT4X is a VJ Open Mode Design (OMD) series, surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor for flex sensitive applications. Suitable for demanding boardflex applications, input filter capacitors, output filter capacitors, snubber capacitors reduce MOSFET voltage spikes and filtering for switching power supplies applications.
- 1µF capacitance and ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 1812 (4532 Metric) case size
- X7R dielectric characteristic
- 100V DC voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
