Product Overview
The Vishay VJ series are surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors for high frequency and commodity applications. These capacitors C0G (NP0) dielectric material is made of dry sheet technology process. It used in consumer electronics, telecommunications, data processing and mobile applications.
- EIA 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210 case sizes are available
- Capacitance range from 0.5pF to 39nF
- Rated voltage range from 10VDC to 100VDC
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
- Insulation resistance (IR) at UR is ≥ 10Gohm or R x C ≥ 500 ohm x F whichever is less
- Ni-barrier with 100% tin terminations
- Noble Metal Electrode system (NME) for certain C0G (NP0) values
- Temperature coefficient of capacitance is 0ppm/°C ±30ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C
