Product Overview
The TCET1100G is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The elements are mounted on one lead-frame using a coplanar technique, providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. It is suitable for line receiver and microprocessor system interface. Isolation materials according to UL94V-0.

- Reinforced isolation provides circuit protection against electrical shock (safety class II)
- 0.2pF Typical extra low coupling capacity
- 8kV Peak rated impulse voltage (transient overvoltage)
- 1.6kV Isolation test voltage (partial discharge test voltage)
- ≥0.75mm Thickness through insulation
- <gt/>4mm Internal creepage distance
