RPWA650R147R0JB is a RPWA 650 series power resistor based on wire thick film technology (resistor only configuration). It is suitable for applications such as precharge, discharge and active discharge, power conversion and snubber.
- 47ohm resistance value, 5% tolerance
- ±150ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- 1500V DC (1000V AC) maximum operating voltage, ≥ 10Gohm at 1000V DC insulation
- Technology: thick film deposited on ceramic
- Cooled by auxiliary heatsink (not supplied), cold system without external radiation
- High power of 650W at 85°C bottom case temperature
- Non-inductive, low profile
- Easy assembly, self-calibrated pressure
- Material complies with the standard UL 94 V-0
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C (resistor body)
