Product Overview
The DG419DY-E3 is a Monolithic CMOS Analogue Switch is designed to provide high performance switching of analogue signals. Break-before-make is guaranteed for this, which is a SPDT configuration. An epitaxial layer prevents latch-up. It conducts equally well in both directions when on and blocks up to the power supply level when off.
