Product Overview
DG418BDY-E3 is a precision monolithic quad SPST CMOS analogue switch. It is designed to provide high performance switching of analogue signals. An epitaxial layer prevents latch-up. The switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and blocks up to the power supply level when off. The application includes precision test equipment, precision instrumentation, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold circuits, military radios, guidance and control systems, and hard disk drivers.
- TTL and CMOS compatible, ±15V analogue signal range
- Drain-source on-resistance is 15ohm typ (IS = -10mA, VD = ±12.5V, V+ = 13.5V, V- = -13.5V, -40-85°C)
- Widest dynamic range, low signal errors and distortion
- Break-before-make switching action, simple interfacing
- Reduced board space, improved reliability
- Transition time is 60ns typ (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS1 = ±10V, VS2 = ±10V, -40 to 85°C)
- Charge injection is 38pC typ (CL = 10nF, Vgen = 0V, Rgen = 0 ohm, -40 to 85°C)
- Off isolation is -82dB typ (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, -40 to 85°C)
- 8-pin narrow SOIC package, temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
