The 298D series SMD MICROTAN® Tantalum Capacitor with lead-frameless moulded case. This Capacitor is available in K, M, S, R, P, Q, A and B case sizes and in 100% tin (Sn), gold (Au) terminations.

- 2.5 to 50V Voltage range
