Product Overview
The Welwyn LRF series are automotive grade, low value flat chip resistors with flip chip orientation. The Resistance range includes E24 decade values from 0.003ohm to 1ohm. LRF series has solder plated copper wrap around termination.
- EIA 1206, 1210, 2512 chip sizes available
- Automotive grade AEC-Q200 compliant
- Power rating of 0.5W (LRF1206), 1W (LRF2010) and 2W (LRF2512)
- ±1%, ±2% and ±5% tolerance
- Dielectric withstand for 200V
- ±100ppm/°C, +200ppm/°C, +300ppm/°C, +500ppm/°C and +900ppm/°C TCR values available
- Operating temperature range -55°C to +150°C
