TLX9910(TPL,F(O is an automotive MOSFET gate driver. It is a photocoupler in the SO6 package that consists of an infrared light-emitting diode optically coupled to a photodiode array. The photodiodes are connected in series, making the TLX9910 suitable for MOS gate drive applications.
- Open voltage is 13.5V (min)
- Short current is 8μA (min)
- Isolation voltage is 3750Vrms (min)
- AEC-Q101 qualified
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
- Input forward voltage is 1.65V typical at IF = 10mA, Ta = 25°C
- Input reverse current is 10μA maximum at VR = 3V, Ta = 25°C
- Isolation resistance is 10^14ohm at VS = 500V, R.H. ≤ 60 %, Ta = 25°C
- Turn-on time/turn-off time is 1ms at IF = 10mA, CL = 1000pF, Ta = 25°C
