Product Overview
TCR3UG41A,LF(S is a TCR3UG series, CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It features over-current protection, a thermal shutdown function, and an auto-discharge option. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1μF can be used with the TCR3UG series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assemblies such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable devices.
- Overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown function, inrush current protection circuit
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1μF, COUT = 1μF)
- Output voltage range from 0.8V to 5V
- Quiescent current is 0.34μA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, VOUT ≤ 1.5V)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 70dB typical at (f = 1KHz, VRipple = 200mVp-p, Ta = 25°C)
- Load transient response is 60mV typical at (IOUT = 50mA → 1mA)
- Output voltage accuracy is +1.0% maximum at (IOUT = 50mA, 1.8V ≤ VOUT)
- 4.1V output voltage, auto discharge
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, WCSP4F package
