Product Overview
TCR3UG25B,LF(S is a TCR3UG series CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. It features over-current protection, thermal shutdown function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 1 μF can be used with the device, it is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones, IoT equipment and wearable devices. Used as power IC developed for portable applications.
- 2.5V output voltage, non-discharge
- Low quiescent bias current (IB(ON) = 0.34μA (typ) at IOUT = 0mA, output voltage up to 1.5V)
- High ripple rejection ratio, fast load transient response
- Input voltage VIN range from 1.5V to 5.5V
- Output current IOUT of 300mA
- Very low dropout voltage of 185mV (IOUT = 300mA, CIN = COUT = 1μF, Tj = 25°C)
- High VOUT accuracy of ±1.0% (1.8V ≤ VOUT)
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1μF, COUT = 1μF)
- WCSP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
